Patient-Centered Chiropractic Care in Geneva, IL
I have been a board certified Internal Medicine Physician for 36 years. When I first came to Dr. Mojica, I had at least 2 years of pain in my left neck and shoulder that had not been helped with physical therapy. It had progressed to a 10/10 pain that caused even getting in and out of bed extremely difficult . As I was thinking that this was something I may have to live with forever, I came to Dr. Mojica for evaluation and treatment. He was extremely professional, explained what he was doing and why and answered my many questions. I am happy to say I have been pain free for the last 1.5 years. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Mojica for his expertise and would highly recommend him for treatment.
Sincerely,
Maureen Fearon, MD, FACP
I cannot recommend Dr. Evan highly enough.
I have been working with Dr. Evan for nearly a year for chiropractic care and physical therapy, primarily dealing with a torn labrum and significant arthritis throughout my hip socket, including multiple areas of bone-on-bone contact. I also have several other injuries that he has helped me navigate. Despite the severity of my hip issues, he has consistently helped me maintain my mobility, strength, and quality of movement to the point that I am still able to train my legs and continue doing what I love.
What truly sets Dr. Evan apart, however, is his depth of knowledge and his ability to apply it. I am a Personal trainer leader at Life Time Fitness, so I tend to ask a LOT of questions. Dr. Evan is one of the few clinicians I have worked with who can genuinely meet me at that level. He is essentially an encyclopedia of human movement, anatomy, biomechanics, rehabilitation, and performance, and I absolutely love learning from him.
He doesn’t just tell me what to do—he explains the reasoning behind it. That has made me much more confident in understanding my body, modifying my training appropriately, and continuing to pursue strength and fitness despite injuries that could otherwise be extremely limiting.
Most importantly, Dr. Evan genuinely cares. His combination of clinical expertise, critical thinking, communication, and passion for helping people is exceptional. I have learned an incredible amount from him over the past year, and I’m extremely grateful for everything he has done to keep me moving and training.
If you are looking for someone who is not only highly knowledgeable, but who can actually explain the “why” behind your treatment and help you continue moving toward your goals, I would recommend Dr. Evan without hesitation.

As a nurse and an avid runner, I put a lot of demands on my body. I started seeing Dr. Evan because I was experiencing pain related to running and wanted to improve my overall performance. I wasn’t looking for a quick fix – I wanted to understand what was contributing to the discomfort and find ways to help my body function and perform better.
Dr. Evan took the time to assess me as a whole and developed a treatment approach that was specific to my needs as a runner. Since working with him, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in my running-related pain, improved mobility, and a greater sense of confidence in my body while training.
As a nurse, I have a high level of appreciation for knowledgeable, attentive healthcare providers. Dr. Evan is professional, thorough, and genuinely invested in his patients. He has become an important part of my training and recovery, and I’m grateful for the difference his care has made in my running.
I would highly recommend Dr. Evan to anyone who wants to stay active, reduce pain, and help their body perform at its best

Dr. Evan has helped me tremendously, and I couldn’t recommend him enough. Anytime I need an adjustment or have an issue with a specific muscle group, he always finds the time to work with me and is extremely thorough and structured in his approach.
I’ve dealt with back pain, knee pain, ankle pain, hip pain, tightness, and stiffness, and Dr. Evan always seems to know exactly what needs to be done to help me feel better and get back to doing what I enjoy. His muscle and fascial release work has made a huge difference for me.
He genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to understand what’s going on rather than just treating the symptoms. He’s the best, hands down. I couldn’t see myself going to any other chiropractor!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Evan as my chiropractor for about a year. During that time, he has helped me through everything from minor strains and injuries to improving my overall mobility, flexibility, and strength.
What I appreciate most about Evan is that his care goes far beyond simply treating the area that hurts. He takes the time to understand how I move and what I’m trying to accomplish physically. He has even taken me into the weight training area to evaluate my technique and show me ways to move and lift more effectively and safely.
His work has made a noticeable difference in my yoga practice, helping me improve my mobility, while also helping me become stronger and more confident with heavier lifts. Whenever a strain or pain has come up, he has been an invaluable resource in helping me address it and get back to the activities I love.
As a board-certified family medicine physician and hospitalist for the past 10 years, I especially appreciate Evan’s knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement, as well as his practical approach to chiropractic care. He is also incredibly personable, easy to talk to, and genuinely invested in helping his patients achieve their goals.
Evan has become an important part of my overall health and fitness routine, and I would recommend him without hesitation.
